Hosting & Guest Experience
Expect a five-star stay! We pride ourselves on responsive communication, assistance planning your trip, and support throughout your stay. We’ve hosted other vacation properties for years and have earned Superhost / Premier Host status - some of our guests book multiple times a year! Our past guests at Vista Peak have said:
"Thanks for the house which gave three generations of our family lasting memories!” - Ray
"We loved our stay. The host was so responsive and helpful from the time we booked and my questions before our trip to anytime I had a question during our stay. The neighborhood is quite something. It's a beautiful drive up to the house. We loved the Fraser River Trail and the hiking trails throughout the neighborhood. The amenities at the home are perfect for time relaxing there. We had so much fun with the game table, playing pool, relaxing in the hot tub, and sitting by the fire outside. Plus you are a short drive from great restaurants and activities in town and at the village. We would certainly stay here again." - Juli
"Wonderful home with stunning vistas. The house was perfect for our family. There was a lot of space for everyone to spread out. Well-appointed, clean, sophisticated, comfortable, and cozy."
Important Information Before Booking
To reserve this property we require:
- ID verification
- Signed rental agreement
- $1,000 security hold
Please do not book if you are not comfortable with these requirements.
Pet Policy
This is a strictly pet-free home due to severe allergies in a family member. Bringing any animal will result in forfeiture of the security hold to cover deep cleaning costs.
Winter Travel
The driveway and neighborhood roads are paved, but we strongly recommend four-wheel drive or AWD during winter months, as the area usually receives significant snowfall!
High Altitude
Our epic views are due in part to our altitude - the house sits on a hillside at nearly 10,000 ft. Please consider this if you have any medical conditions which make you sensitive to the thinner mountain air.
The Neighborhood
This house is a great getaway for families and is not suitable for loud groups hosting parties or events. Please note that there is a neighborhood street running the perimeter of our property - it is not a busy street, but there will be an occasional car driving by.
Book your Winter Park getaway today and experience the ultimate Colorado mountain retreat! We look forward to welcoming you to Vista Peak
