It started with the way we wanted to spend our time.
We grew up spending our favorite days outdoors. When we had children of our own, we wanted to share that with them: snowy mornings, afternoons exploring, and days with plenty of time to be together. Bright Sky Retreats grew from that idea. We chose homes in Winter Park, Colorado, and Boyne Mountain, Michigan, where families and friends could head outside for an adventure, then come back to cook dinner, play a game, and settle in for the evening. We’re glad to share these places with you.

Mountain Queen
Bring the extended family to Boyne Mountain. With ski-in/ski-out access, a private hot tub, a sauna, and indoor games, Mountain Queen gives everyone something to look forward to.

We’re Olrik and Anusha, the family behind Bright Sky Retreats. Our own childhoods outdoors inspired us to create places where families and friends can enjoy nature and spend time together.
Vista Peak is in the Rendezvous community in Winter Park, Colorado. Mountain Queen is in the gated Edelweiss community on Boyne Mountain in Boyne Falls, Michigan.
Vista Peak accommodates up to 12 guests across four bedrooms and offers mountain views, neighborhood trails, and access to the Winter Park area. Mountain Queen accommodates up to 20 guests across six bedrooms and offers ski-in/ski-out access on Boyne Mountain. Both have private hot tubs and indoor games. Take a look at the sleeping arrangements, or ask us if you need help choosing.

No. Both destinations offer plenty to enjoy beyond the slopes. Plan around hiking, biking, fishing, or lake outings in warmer months, or visit in fall for changing leaves and time outdoors. You can also leave a few days open to enjoy the home itself.
